نقبل الدفع عبر فودافون كاش، إنستاباي (InstaPay)، والبطاقات البنكية (عبر Paymob)، أو شراء أكواد التفعيل.
نظراً لطبيعة المنتجات الرقمية (الفيديوهات والمحتوى التعليمي)، لا يمكن استرداد المبالغ المدفوعة بعد تفعيل الاشتراك أو إرسال كود التفعيل للطالب.
الاستثناء الوحيد: إذا حدث خطأ تقني من جانبنا مَنَعَك من الوصول للمحتوى لأكثر من 48 ساعة، ولم يتمكن الدعم الفني من حله، يحق لك طلب استرداد المبلغ.
عند الدفع التلقائي عبر البطاقة، يتم تفعيل الحساب فوراً. عند الدفع اليدوي (فودافون كاش / إنستاباي)، يتم إرسال كود التفعيل خلال 2 إلى 12 ساعة من إرسال صورة الإيصال للدعم الفني.

We accept Vodafone Cash, InstaPay, credit/debit cards (via Paymob), and prepaid Activation Codes.
Due to the nature of digital goods (videos and educational content), all sales are final and non-refundable once the subscription is activated or the activation code is issued.
Exception: If a technical issue on our end prevents you from accessing the content for more than 48 hours, and our support team cannot fix it, you are eligible for a refund.
Card payments grant instant access. Manual payments (Vodafone Cash / InstaPay) require sending the receipt to support, and activation codes will be sent within 2 to 12 hours.
